As this internship is completely dependent on the funds raised by the University of Windsor Chapter of Journalists for Human Rights (JHR), I would appreciate any financial support from donors (For more on what I am doing, see the ‘About’ page). The easiest way to get tax receipts for donations is to write a cheque to JHR. Send it to the JHR office in Toronto along with your mailing address (please indicate that the funds are for Romesh’s internship), and JHR staff will mail out a tax receipt.

If financially able to, I aim to purchase books and writing materials for the Sisters of Mercy Orphanage in Kumasi, Ghana (the orphanage that I will be volunteering part-time to teach English). If this does occur, for accountability purposes, photographs/scanned copies of receipts for my purchases will be placed on the Financial Support page.
